*AIGETOA Gujarat Circle Team and Vadodara BA Team were privileged to meet and greet the Hon'ble CMD, BSNL, during his visit to Vadodara.*
During the interaction, we requested the CMD Sir to consider the implementation of the *3rd PRC, revision of allowances, and timely promotions to all cadres* to motivate and boost the morale of BSNL employees.
We also raised the issue of *pending OTP cases*, particularly those pertaining to *female employees and employees who have crossed 58 years of age* to which he responded very positively and asked us to submit such cases. Additionally, we requested relaxation of the cutoff date so that a larger number of OTP applications can be considered for those executives who are missed by two to three months.
CMD Sir assured us that the matter related to transfers would be looked into. Regarding the *3rd PRC and revision of allowances*, he informed us that a committee has already been constituted for the purpose and expressed hope that some positive developments may emerge in the near future.
We also submitted a memorandum conveying all the pending HR issues and requested him for early resolution of these pending HR issues.
We sincerely thank CMD Sir for his patient hearing and positive assurance on these important issues.
