A day filled with learning, laughter, stories and meaningful connections.

Our Teacher’s Capacity Building Workshop – Part 3 brought our teachers together to explore new ways of learning through storytelling, theatre, picture books, puppetry, nature-based activities, games and reflection. From understanding the minds of children to discovering the joy of learning through play, every session offered something new to take back to the classroom and the children.

A heartfelt thank you to TIDE Foundation for facilitating this enriching workshop and creating such a warm, engaging space for our teachers to learn, share and grow together. 💛

Because when we empower our teachers, we empower the children they nurture every day.

Some lessons aren't taught in classrooms. They're learned through conversations, compassion and human connection. ❤️

What began as a 14-day Summer Internship became a journey of empathy, friendship and lifelong learning.

Organized by UBS Charitable Foundation at Shantiniketan Senior Living, 18 students from GTU and New L.J. Institute of Engineering & Technology, including international students from Bangladesh and Nigeria, came together to learn from the wisdom of our senior residents.

From meaningful interactions to heartfelt moments, every day reminded us that the greatest education is learning to care.

The journey concluded with a Certificate Distribution Ceremony, celebrating not just the completion of an internship, but the bonds built across generations.

Because true education isn't just about gaining knowledge. It's about touching lives and being transformed in return.

Some lessons are not found in textbooks. They are found in conversations, shared experiences and meaningful human connections.

During her 10-day internship at Shantiniketan Senior Living, Ms. Ananyaa spent time engaging with senior residents through conversations, games and everyday moments while also fulfilling her documentation responsibilities.

What began as an internship soon became a journey of learning, friendship and mutual respect.

As Ananyaa beautifully reflected:
"This internship was for the happiness of the residents, but it ended up making me happy too." ❤️

🌍 Learning Beyond Borders

Shantiniketan Senior Living is happy to welcome 18 interns from Gujarat Technological University (GTU) and L.J. Institute of Engineering & Technology(LJIET), including international students from Bangladesh and Nigeria.

During their 14-day internship, students will spend time with our senior residents through conversations, activities, digital support, wellness sessions, talent & cultural programs and day-to-day engagement.

More than an internship, this is an opportunity to learn from the wisdom of seniors, build meaningful relationships and experience the values of care, respect and human connection.

Shantiniketan Senior Living looks forward to 14 days of shared stories, learning and memorable moments.

🎓✨ Guiding Dreams Towards the Right Direction

Our Samutkarsh Scholarship students have successfully completed their Class 12 journey and are now stepping into exciting fields such as Engineering, Medicine and other professional courses.

To support them in making informed career choices, we organized a Career Counselling Seminar led by professional career counselor Smt. Aartiben.

Through one-on-one guidance and personalized discussions, students explored their strengths, career opportunities and future pathways.

💡 Questions found answers.
🎯 Goals found direction.
🌱 Dreams found clarity.

The session concluded with students confidently sharing their aspirations and future plans, reflecting the impact of meaningful guidance at the right time.

Together, we continue to empower young minds to build brighter futures.
