SEWA Manager Ni School SEWA Manager Ni School was set-up in 2005 to equip grassroots women with entrepreneurial skills.

To accommodate changing needs in a globalized world, SEWA Manager Ni School is working towards providing capacity building training/s for micro-entrepreneurs and informal sector members. SEWA Manager Ni School is also committed to increasing the number of youth who have relevant employment skills by offering needs-based trainings; and helping women realize that they too can be managers and owners

of their enterprises. The vision of SEWA Manager Ni School is to - Build a progressive cycle of training for a growing number of self-reliant grassroots managers

The core strengths of SEWA Manager Ni School, headquartered in Ahmedabad, comprise – Soft Skills Trainings; Managerial, Technical, Vocational and Technological Capacity Building; Participatory Module Preparation; Report Writing; Knowledge Sharing and Case Study Development and; Carrying out Feasibility Study and Implementation; Handholding Support and Monitoring

એમઆરએફ કંપની દ્વારા રોજગારી માટેની ઉત્તમ તક.....

સેવા સંગઠન દ્વારા મહેસાણા જિલ્લાના સભ્ય બહેનોના દિકરીઓ અને દિકરાઓને નવીન રોજગારીના અવસર પ્રાપ્ત થાય તે હેતુસર MRF ટાયર્સ કંપની સાથે તારીખ ૨૦ એપ્રિલ, ૨૦૨૬ ના રોજ ૪૫ દિકરીઓ અને દિકરાઓને તાલીમ તથા આવકના માર્ગોની વિસ્તૃત માહિતી આપવામાં આવી.

આ પહેલ યુવાઓને રોજગાર સાથે આત્મનિર્ભર બનવા તરફ આગળ વધારતું મહત્વપૂર્ણ અને પ્રેરણાદાયક પગલું છે.

The Engage: Women’s Empowerment & Active Citizenship Gathering 2026

The Engage: Women’s Empowerment & Active Citizenship Gathering 2026 marked the culmination of a transformative 6.5-year journey of Learning, Leadership and Lasting Impact. Held from March 26–28 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, it brought together 150 delegates from five countries—partners, practitioners, funders, and grassroots leaders from India, Bangladesh, Haiti, Tanzania, and Ethiopia.

Through shared reflections and dialogue, the gathering celebrated what this journey made possible: women stepping into leadership, communities driving change, and learning flowing across borders—while also looking ahead to future pathways. More than an event, it was a celebration of collective strength. And while the program concludes, the journey doesn't end here. The network, relationships and shared commitment continue to move forward and grow together.

On World Earth Day, we share with you some initiatives that our members are taking to protect the environment…
We focus on the three R's: reducing waste (paper, food, water, etc.), reusing materials, and recycling through practices like composting in farming and creating products from waste in our stationery cooperative, Gitanjali.
Our members also actively conserve water through methods like drip irrigation and rainwater harvesting, use reusable shopping bags, and utilize solar energy-powered devices such as lanterns and water pumps. We also promote environment-friendly practices like biogas production and tree planting. Our commitment to sustainability extends to various other efforts as well.

તા. 17 એપ્રિલ 2026ના રોજ આણંદ જિલ્લામાં 45 બેંક સખી બહેનો માટે રોજગારીની નવી તકો સર્જાય તે હેતુથી એક પ્રેરણાદાયી કાર્યશાળાનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.

આ કાર્યશાળામાં સક્રિય બેંક સખી બહેનો દ્વારા તેમના અનુભવ શેર કરવામાં આવ્યા, જેમાં તેમણે પોતાના કામકાજ, પડકારો અને સફળતાઓ વિશે વિગતવાર માહિતી આપી. તેમના અનુભવોથી પ્રેરાઈને અન્ય બહેનોમાં આત્મવિશ્વાસ વધ્યો અને નવી તકોને સ્વીકારવા માટે ઉત્સાહ ઉભો થયો.

ખાસ કરીને, અનેક બહેનો બેંક સખી તરીકે જોડાવા માટે તૈયાર થઈ, જે મહિલાઓના આત્મનિર્ભરતા અને આર્થિક સશક્તિકરણ તરફ એક મહત્વપૂર્ણ પગલું સાબિત થશે.

સેવા સંગઠન દ્વારા સભ્ય બહેનોની દીકરીઓ અને નવી પેઢી માટે રોજગારીની તકો ઉભી કરવા માટે MRF ટાયર્સ પ્રાઇવેટ લિમીટેડ સાથે તારીખ 9 એપ્રિલ 2026 ના રોજ આણંદ જિલ્લામાં કાર્યશાળાનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું. જેમાં ૪૫ બહેનો જોડાયા.

આ કાર્યશાળામાં નવી પેઢી ની દીકરીઓ ને MRF ટાયર્સ પ્રાઇવેટ લિમીટેડ થકી ઉપલબ્ધ રોજગાર, જરૂરી કુશળતાઓ અને તાલીમ વિશે માહિતી આપવામાં આવી, જેનાથી તેઓ આત્મનિર્ભર બનવા માટે પ્રેરિત થયા.
