Swachch Kadam/Clean Step The National Organisation for Sustainable Development (NOSD), based at Ahmedabad, realized need to address issue of Daily Garbage in the Urban Area.

Our cities are literally are drowning in Garbage. Our cities are getting dirtier everyday. We keep our houses clean but do not care about our streets, neighborhood, city because it is government job to clean it. There is need to address issue of Garbage management at every household level. There is need to segregate our waste like wet and dry waste. Wet waste can be turned into compost and dry waste can be sent for recycle for reuse. WE want to spread three R Mantra-Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.
