Growth always brings new Challenges & Perspectives, hence the Leadership Teams in the Organization have to be constantly evolving. As we are continuously growing in terms of our Reach & Impact, we need *more Leaders* to manage the _Organization, Projects & Activities_ at different levels.
We need dynamic Leaders who can manage AMP Teams at different positions, or drive end-to-end Projects with guidance from AMP Central Team & AMP National Co-ordination Team (NCT). It will be a huge opportunity for you to build interpersonal & leadership skills while working in these positions.
