A Powerful Remedy for Back Pain :
Peel aloe vera (ghritkumari), crush the pulp and grind it finely. Take the required amount of flour and roast it in desi ghee until pinkish. Then add the aloe vera pulp and roast again. When the ghee starts separating, mix powdered mishri and make laddus of 20 grams each. Eating one laddu daily on an empty stomach every morning for three to four weeks, as needed, helps relieve severe back pain.
