Mobile Medical Units-Taking Healthcare to every individual.

August was a month of reaching communities, taking healthcare closer to where it is needed, and turning awareness into action.

Through SBI Foundation Sanjeevani, Ashray Foundation reached communities across Dahod, Narmada, Patan, Darrang and Udalguri, bringing together outpatient care, pathology services, referrals and health awareness.
From consultations to diagnostics, from treatment to prevention every outreach is a step towards making healthcare more accessible, informed and inclusive.
Because impact is not just measured in numbers.
It is measured in the distance we travel to reach someone who needs care.

Healthcare, closer to Home.

Under SBI Sanjeevani-Clinics on Wheels, Ashray Foundation, with support from SBI Foundation is taking essential healthcare services closer to communities across Darrang and Udalguri, Assam.

Along with regular Mobile OPD (MOPD) sessions, our medical team conducts door-to-door outreach visits to understand health concerns, identify people who need medical attention, and follow up with them over time.

These regular visits help us stay connected with the community and ensure that those who need care are not left behind.
4-Month Impact:
2,640 beneficiaries targeted → 5,835 reached
352 MOPD sessions targeted → 381 conducted

Clean Surroundings. Healthy Living. Stronger Communities.

The people of Ropa Village, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, came together with a shared motive to cleaner surroundings, better health and hygiene, and a stronger sense of community ownership.
Through this collective action, the initiative contributes to the larger vision of Swachh Bharat reminding us that a cleaner India begins with communities taking ownership of their surroundings.

Specialised Gyneacology Health Camp I Shilmashora

75 beneficiaries were provided healthcare screening them for gynecological issues.

In response to limited access to Gynaecology OPD services in the region our Team Sanjivani brought specialized women’s healthcare closer to the women of Mashora and Talahar.

The camp was led by Dr. Yashika Pehal (MBBS, MS, FMAS), Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Advanced Laparoscopic Surgeon and Fertility Specialist while the Sanjeevani Medical Officer provided General OPD services for both villages.
