Skill development training (Painting trades)organized by the Uttar Pradesh gramin Shramik Shiksha Sansthan for Unorganised sector Workers
Women workers are receiving training in paints and coatings, certified by the Paints and Coatings Skill Council, Government of India
The initiative of Uttar Pradesh gramin Shramik Shiksha Sansthan and Bwi is to integrate female workers into the social mainstream and to enhance women's representation in the painting and coaching sectors. Furthermore, it aims to provide them with regular employment opportunities while upholding their self-respect.
