📍 4th Central Committee Meeting of All India Gramin Bank Employees Association Successfully Concluded at Hyderabad
The 4th Central Committee Meeting of AIRRBEA was successfully held on 27th & 28th June 2026 at Telangana Cooperative Bank Training Institute, Hyderabad.
🌹 Floral tributes were paid to our departed leaders Com. Dilip Mukherjee and Com. Prashant Chaudhary.
🤝 Leaders and delegates from across the country discussed the present challenges of Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) and resolved to intensify efforts for the welfare of Officers, Employees & Retirees.

📜 Early revision of HR Guidelines & PLI Rules.

🏦 Revision of Service Rules and modifications in the Transfer Policy.
👨💼 Strong demand for Regularisation of Casual Workers in RRBs.
📢 Continuation of the Delhi Dharna and submission of Memorandums to Members of Parliament.
📋 Latest Updates from Conciliation Proceedings (CLC(C), Delhi)
✅ Revised HR Guidelines & PLI Rules are expected
✅ DFS & NABARD will review and advise all RRBs for implementation of the 12th Bipartite Settlement / 9th Joint Note.
✅ DFS & NABARD agreed to review Service Rules and Transfer Policy.
✅ The issue of Regularisation of Casual Workers will be taken up in the next conciliation meeting.
