What's TIPRASA ACCORD or TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT?
The Accord is a tripartite agreement signed on March 2, 2024, in New Delhi between the Government of India 🇮🇳 HM Amit Shah , the Government of Tripura & the TIPRA BUBAGRA Pradyot Bikram Manikya DebBarma

4.POLITICAL RIGHTS
Increase ST reserved seats from 20 to 30(minimum)out of 60 seats (DELIMITATION 2026)

Central Govt NOTABLY Home Minister Amit Shah is READY to IMPLEMENT the TIPRASA ACCORD for the INDIGENOUS भूमिपुत्र TIPRASA PEOPLE
But the State Govt State Stakeholders mainly the CM Dr.Manik Saha NOT agreeing to Implement the TIPRASA ACCORD.
He also stated publicly even after 100 years will NOT allow KOKBOROK in ROMAN SCRIPT.
In 2024–25, about Rs 6,500 crore was spent for the development of the TTAADC areas, which is 39.06 percent of the total expenditure. (Source : Agartala, October 29, 2025 Tripurinfo )
But In Reality
In the Tripura State Budget for 2025-26, a total fund of ₹860.28 crore has been allocated to the TTAADC(On Record State ASSEMBLY House)

The OFFICIAL COURT ORDER
The Supreme Court has ordered to conduct VILLAGE COMMITTEE elections by June 2026.
All this has been possible only because of BUBAGRA

On February 27, 2024, Pradyot Bikram Manikya Debbarma, the founder of the Tripura Indigenous Progressive Regional Alliance (TIPRA M***a), declared a "fast-unto-death" (hunger strike) at HATHAI KOTOR (HATHAI KOTOR Hills) in Tripura to demand a constitutional solution (Constitution of INDIA 🇮🇳) for the INDIGENOUS TIPRASA भूमिपुत्र people of the state.

After a four-day STRIKE

The INDIGENOUS people of tripura who are largely Hindus , Buddhist and a few Christian’s don’t view Bengalis as an enemy. They should look at what is happening in where their temples ,women,children are being and realise that is the only way we all can our ECONOMIC, CULTURAL and POLITICAL INTEREST.
Our demand of 25 seats is not carved out of their area we want in Tripura .

TIPRA started from scratch but scored unexpectedly high in TIPRA-HAA.
1. TIPRA fought for the first time in ADC election and DEFEATED the World's Largest Democratic Party BJP (TIPRA M***A is a Regional Party & BJP is a National Party)
WON 18 seats
FORMED the ADC Government .
2. Fought in Municipal Council Election
Won 1 Seat (AMBASSA)
For the First time a REGIONAL PARTY Contested in a Municipal Council Election and Won 1 seat.
HISTORY CREATED in 2021 .
3. TIPRA fought for the first in the TRIPURA ASSEMBLY Election Won 13 Seats .
For the First time a REGIONAL PARTY becomes the OPPOSITION Party in the Tripura Assembly.
HISTORY Created in 2023 in the Tripura ASSEMBLY house.
Because of BUBAGRA's Intelligent Decision

Party's symbol is not merely a mark of identity but is a sign of IDEOLOGY(THANSA) that the party holds and party is the body to translate the IDEOLOGY into ACTION. So both are IMPORTANT and NEED to keep INTACT as it's all about PEOPLE'S (TIPRASAS) established FAITH.
It's A MOVEMENT for our(TIPRASA) SURVIVAL & EXISTENCE, not a POLITICAL party.
I commend the INITIATIVE of the Government of
INDIA 🇮🇳 to address the CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS of TIPRASA (Son of the Soil/ भूमिपुत्र of Tripura).
