Announcing the first session of FinLex26...
This online event focuses on financial and legal translation, and will take place mid-September
------------------------
While many translators specialise in either law or finance, the reality is that the two fields often overlap. These hybrid documents present challenges that are not always addressed in traditional legal or financial translation training. This presentation will address a recurring challenge faced by financial translators: working confidently with unfamiliar concepts that fall outside their primary specialisation. The aim is to combine terminology analysis with practical guidance on research methods and reliable specialist resources, equipping translators with tools they can apply immediately in their own work.
