The organization’s mission is to provide young Tel Aviv internationals with the knowledge and resources to be personally involved in improving the great city they have adopted and call "home". t seeks to mobilize the sizable, influential, and inspired community of young professional internationals, and provide them with the tools necessary to bring the change they want: in their communities, in their neighborhoods, and for the greater good of Tel Aviv in general. Many western internationals come from countries with a rich tradition of civic participation, and they understand that engagement on the local-level is a prerequisite to a healthy, cohesive, and vibrant citizenry.
