"I was born in Israel and raised abroad. My parents left the Soviet Union after its collapse and met here.
Israel was always home. I visited often, spent my vacations here, and always knew I’d end up living here. It was never 'if', only 'when'. And I knew that if I wanted to build something meaningful for the Jewish people, it had to be from here.
Before Aliyah, life took me through Moscow, Syracuse, Madrid, and Berlin. While living in Berlin, we started building Yallagan: a secure platform helping Jews connect to Jewish communities and events, locally and worldwide. Whether you’re new to Tel Aviv, looking for a Shabbat dinner, or traveling and searching for connection, the goal is simple: help Jews find their place. Today, we work with 250+ organizations across 36 countries, with a strong focus on supporting new Olim.
I made Aliyah in April 2023 and moved to Tel Aviv. Living here means not having to explain yourself. 'Shabbat shalom' is natural. Community is daily life.
I was here on October 7th and I’ve been here since. What stayed with me most was the unity and responsibility we feel toward one another and the choice to keep living.
Aliyah isn’t easy, but it’s worth it. This place gives back. When you put your soul into this land, it gives you something more: peace in who you are.
👉 I’ll be at the Tel Aviv Community Fair, repping Yallagan. Come say hi, connect, and find your people.
