המשימה שלנו היא
לפעול ליצירת נקודת פתיחה שווה לילדים בפריפריה החברתית, לאפשר להם לבחור ולהשפיע על עתידם ללא קשר לרקע הסוציו-אקונומי שלהם ובכך לקחת חלק משמעותי בשינוי חינוכי-חברתי בישראל.
אנחנו מזהים היכן זקוקים לנו, מפתחים ומפעילים בבתי הספר תוכניות המותאמות לצרכי הילדים והקהילה. כלל התוכניות חושפות את הילדים לתחומי דעת חדשים, מעוררות את סקרנותם הטבעית, מעניקות ידע וכלים לפתרון בעיות בעולם משתנה ומחזקות את תחושת השייכות והמסוגלות העצמית שלהם. Yanshufim is a non-profit organization that strives to prevent educational gaps and inequalities through the development and implementation of innovative and holistic educational programs in Israel’s social and geographic periphery. We strive to fortify Israel's next generation by providing every child with equal access to education and opportunity. Our programs are implemented in kindergartens and elementary schools because we believe that accompanying children in their formative years has the biggest long-term impact. We identify where we are needed and develop and implement educational programs tailored to the specific needs of children, schools, and communities. Our programs expose children to new fields of interest, encourage natural curiosity, provide them with problem solving skills for a constantly changing world, and strengthen their sense of belonging and self-efficacy.
