In the days since the loss of Corporal Benjamin Vais zืดl from Garin Shluhot Summer 2025, friends and fellow Garin members have shared memories of someone who brought light, joy, and energy everywhere he went.

Ben was remembered for the way he made people feel seen and valued, for the laughter he brought into every room, and for the constant encouragement he gave those around him. His ambition, humility, and genuine care for others left a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

โ€œThe world is quieter and darker without your light and energy.โ€

Benjaminโ€™s memory will continue to live on through his friends, his Garin, and all the lives he touched.
