שימו לב כי בשלב זה יש איש צוות אחד בלבד שמטפל בפניות, ולכן ייתכן שתידרש המתנה ⏳

We’re happy to share that we have reopened our in-person reception hours for house cleaners on Thursday mornings (10:00–14:00).
📍 HaNegev St. 8, 3rd floor, Tel Aviv
You are welcome to come, and we will do our best to assist 🤝
Please note that at the moment there is only one staff member available, so there may be a wait ⏳
There is a 200 NIS fee for opening a case.

Nos complace informar que hemos reabierto la atención presencial para limpiadores/as de casas los jueves por la mañana (de 10:00 a 14:00).

Están invitados a venir, y haremos todo lo posible para ayudar 🤝
Por favor tengan en cuenta que actualmente no contamos con personal que hable español.
Además, hay solo un miembro del equipo disponible, por lo que puede haber tiempo de espera ⏳

*Temporary Suspension of New Files and Calculations*

Dear Workers,

Until further notice, we are unable to accept new files or provide new calculations, and we will not hold receptions in the office. While we cannot predict when services will resume, we will update this page when available again.

this is due to due to overload of demand, and shortage of staff.

If you already have an appointment for the next two weeks, we will see you as scheduled.

If you have an existing file, Please email [email protected] for any assistance.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

our next 3 receptions are unfortunately full (until 4.12.2024). we are doing our best to open new spots, but unless you have a file, we cannot assist you these days. we will let you know as soon as we open more dates. thank you for your patience.
