Are you looking for a social group in the trans community but struggle to express yourself fully in Hebrew because it's your second, third, fourth, or hundredth language? Or maybe you're still learning the language? This is the group for you.
Trans English Speakers is a space where we can be ourselves in a language more comfortable for us. We will be able to discuss a range of topics related to transness and our lives. We'll also have times for navigating Israeli bureaucracy together since machine translations aren't always perfect and Hebrew legalese can be overwhelming, especially when it's a barrier to getting all the official certifications and healthcare we need as trans folks.
Joining Trans English Speakers is dependent on sign-up and a conversation with the group leader.
The group will open on the 17th of November.
