And dedicated entirely to Green, our beloved and perfect dog.
For nine years, he has lived in a shelter!!!!
While all four of his brothers and sisters found loving homes years ago.
Nine years!!!
Not nine weeks or nine months. Nine long years!!!!
We were deeply moved to go up on stage. Green was a little nervous, so he sat on the steps with Soh, our volunteer who rescued the entire litter nearly a decade ago.
An entire auditorium watched โGreenโs Journeyโ, and for the first time in his life, Green experienced the full attention of everyone in the room.
A wonderful dog who, over the years, became invisible.
One of those dogs people pass over because he is too big, too tall, and no longer a puppy.
The students and teachers of the department did an amazing job, and the film will be uploaded to YouTube soon.
I felt that an entire auditorium was rooting for Green and wishing for him to find a perfect home of his own. As we left, students and teachers came over to meet him and give him some love.
Come adopt our dearly loved Green.
A mixed-breed gentleman, tall, strong, a magical blond boy with the soul of a baby. ๐๐พ
