— גבול הצפון —
חיזבאללה הוא ארגון טרור.
אין אפשרות לקבל את קיומו על גבול ישראל שהוא
גבול מוכר ע”י האו”ם וע''י ממשלות ישראל ולבנון.
הדרישה לפרק את חיזבאללה מנשקו היא דרישה צודקת, גם ממשלת לבנון קיבלה החלטה זאת והיא מקבלת תמיכה של חלק גדול מהציבור הלבנוני, כולל
גם מחלק מהעדה השיעית בלבנון.
הדרך לפעילות נגד החיזבאללה אינה יכולה להיעשות רק ע''י פעילות צבאית.
במקביל לפעילות הצבאית, יש לפעול בדרך מדינית של מתן חיזוק לממשלת לבנון ולצבא לבנון. משימה זאת מוטלת על גורמים בינלאומיים — ארה''ב, צרפת, המפרצתיות ,סעודיה, וגם ישראל צריכה לתת את חלקה.
יש מקום לשליטה ישראלית על אזור חייץ שישתרע מגבול ישראל-לבנון וצפונה ממנה כדי למנוע ירי ישיר של טילים על יישובי הגדר וזאת עד סיום מצב הלחימה וכניסה להסדר בין ישראל ולבנון.
יש להימנע מהתנפלות כוללת על מדינת לבנון , אוכלוסייתה והתשתיות הלאומיות שלה המשרתות את כלל אזרחיה.
מהלך כזה יגרום להתנגדות בציבור הלבנוני ויכול להביא לקריסת הממשלה שם אשר מוכנה לקיים מו''מ עם ישראל, ולא יקדם את הצורך לפגיעה בחיזבאללה.
זכותם של תושבי הצפון, תושבי מדינת ישראל וכל האיזור לחיות בביטחון ושלום.

حدود الشمال
حزب الله هو منظمة لا يمكن قبول وجودها على حدود إسرائيل، وهي حدود معترف بها من قبل الأمم المتحدة ومن قبل حكومتي إسرائيل ولبنان.
إن المطالبة بنزع سلاح حزب الله هي مطلب عادل؛ فقد اتخذت الحكومة اللبنانية أيضاً قراراً بهذا الشأن، كما تحظى هذه المطالبة بدعم جزء كبير من الجمهور اللبناني، بما في ذلك أجزاء من الطائفة الشيعية في لبنان.
إن سبل العمل ضد حزب الله لا يمكن أن تقتصر على النشاط العسكري وحده. فبالتوازي مع العمل العسكري، يجب التحرك بمسار سياسي يهدف إلى تعزيز الحكومة اللبنانية والجيش اللبناني. تقع هذه المهمة على عاتق أطراف دولية مثل الولايات المتحدة، فرنسا، دول الخليج، والسعودية، وعلى إسرائيل أيضاً أن تساهم بدورها في ذلك.
هناك مبرر لسيطرة إسرائيلية على منطقة عازلة تمتد من الحدود الإسرائيلية اللبنانية شمالاً، وذلك لمنع الإطلاق المباشر للصواريخ على البلدات الحدودية، وحتى انتهاء حالة القتال والدخول في تسوية بين إسرائيل ولبنان.
يجب تجنب شن هجوم شامل على دولة لبنان، وسكانها، وبنيتها التحتية الوطنية التي تخدم كافة مواطنيها. مثل هذه الخطوة ستؤدي إلى معارضة وسط الجمهور اللبناني وقد تؤدي إلى انهيار الحكومة هناك، وهي الحكومة المستعدة لإجراء مفاوضات مع إسرائيل، كما أنها لن تخدم ضرورة إضعاف حزب الله.
من حق سكان الشمال، ومواطني دولة إسرائيل، والمنطقة بأسرها، العيش بأمان وسلام.

An all-out attack on the State of Lebanon, its population and its national infrastructures that serve all its citizens must be avoided. Such a move would cause opposition among the Lebanese public and could lead to the collapse of the government there, which is willing to negotiate with Israel, and would not advance the need to harm Hezbollah. The right of the residents of the north of Israel, the residents of the State of Israel, and the entire region to live in security and peace.
