מועצת ארגוני המתנדבים בכפר סבא הוקמה בשנת 1988. בכפר סבא פועלים כ - 2500 מתנדבים. חלקן מתנדבים באופן עצמאי ורובם שייכים ל-65 ארגוני מתנדבים. כל המתנדבים פועלים למען שיפור פני החברה בכפר סבא.
