בימים אלו מסיימת קורס אימון בסיסי מטעם מכללת יוזמות ומאמינה בהעצמת הפרט וחקירה פנימית כדרך חיים. Aikido is a way to create a meaningful change in the way we interact in our relationships and with life. These days I'm at the end of a basic coaching training by Yuzmot Group in Israel. I believe in empowering the other and in internal inquiry as a way of living.
