At these very hours, as Am Yisrael prepares to enter the holiest and most sacred day of the year, there are very few people still heading to work…
And even fewer who will remain at their posts throughout Yom HaKippurim itself.
And yet, across Emunah’s children’s homes, our dedicated staff continue their work with extraordinary devotion and responsibility, ensuring that every child can experience Yom Kippur with dignity, prayer and a true sense of home.
**Neve Michael** – As is the tradition each year, all the children will remain in the village for Yom Kippur together with the staff. Two minyanim will be held — one Sephardi and one Ashkenazi.
**Elazraki Children’s Home** – 25 children will remain for Yom Kippur together with the staff. A special minyan will be held at the home by the Beit El Yeshiva branch in Netanya.
**Neve Landy** – 14 children will remain at the home, where full Yom Kippur tefillot will be held.
**Emunah Afula Children’s Home** – Only an hour ago, the children left to spend Yom Kippur with their families. They will return immediately after the fast.
**Ahuzat Sarah** – A special minyan will be held at the home for alumni who are coming especially to daven together with the six children who chose to remain at the home for Yom Kippur.
At Emunah, even on the holiest day of the year, there are children who need us — and dedicated people who are there for them.
May we all be sealed for a year of life, health, peace and besorot tovot.
