d by the Israeli government, Kemach has already brought more than 20,000 Haredim through its doors and intends to bring at least 2,500 Haredi men each year into the workforce. Founded in 2007, The Kemach Foundation was established as a recognized and trusted investor in the success of the sector’s social and economic development and provide multiple opportunities for sustainable and dignified employment. The Kemach Foundation is a non-profit organisation which serves all Haredim in Israel annually from every sector, background and affiliation, by providing the resources, scholarships, job placement and support. Kemach works in partnership with government and other agencies, to advance the provision of generous study and training scholarships, support for new employment initiatives, in-depth aptitude career testing and personal counseling. Its unique blend of professionalism, specializing in the nuances and sensitivities of the Haredi community have made Kemach the focal point for every Haredi individual looking for the support and training required to joining the Israeli workforce and establish a sense of fiscal self-sufficiency for them and their families. As a result, poverty is considerably reduced, welfare dependency is eliminated and the cultural rift in Israeli society has begun to heal to promote greater understanding and acceptance.
