A historic day at the Balev Echad Center! For the very first time, we inaugurated a fully accessible park for children with special needs during a beautiful ceremony at our center in Beitar Illit. The event was attended by esteemed Rabbis and public figures, led by the Rishon LeZion Rabbi David Yosef, and our dear donor Tom John Or-Paz, President of the Home for the Special Child.
