Congratulations to our CEO, Yossi Levi! 🇮🇱

This week, Yossi — Lt. Col. (res.) and a Netzah Yehuda fighter and commander himself — was honored with the "Heroes of Israeli Society" award (אות גיבורי החברה הישראלית) by the Zionist Council in Israel (המועצה הציונית בישראל) at a ceremony at Bar-Ilan University, in the category of bridging the gaps in Israeli society: גישור על הפערים בחברה הישראלית. This was the third year the Council has presented these honors.

For years, Yossi's work has centered on making meaningful IDF service a real path for young Haredi men, and on supporting them as they move into higher education and the workforce afterward.

Our CEO Lt. Col. (res.) Yossi Levi spoke out in a powerful interview with VINnews:

The government's mass draft orders, arrests, and raids into Haredi neighborhoods are pushing mainstream Haredim toward extremism — not enlistment.

Combat recruitment hasn't grown in three years of war. Only 96 soldiers joined the Hasmonean Brigade last cycle. In 2013, before coercion, we had twice that — with half the Haredi population.
The hardline Jerusalem Faction is now telling mainstream rabbis: "We told you so." And they're winning.

Yossi's message: Israel needs a real strategy — hesder yeshivas, pre-military academies, and frameworks that respect Halacha. Not punishment.

Following a productive meeting with Ground Forces Commander Maj. Gen. Nadav Lotan, big plans are moving forward for Haredi integration—with a strong focus on combat roles.

This includes a developing Haredi reconnaissance unit in the Hashmonaim Brigade and advancing plans for a Haredi armored battalion.

Netzah Yehuda has officially been upgraded to a standard maneuvering infantry battalion!

We now hold the exact same advanced tactical capabilities and weaponry as all regular IDF infantry units, ready for any arena from Lebanon to Egypt. ⚔️
