YaLa Young Leaders is an online, Facebook-based movement of young people from across the Middle East & North Africa who are dialoguing, learning and working together to lead their generation to a better future. Inspired by the Tahrir and Yasmin revolutions, protests across the Arab world, and social justice protests in Israel, YaLa is a movement by young people, for young people. At the cutting-edge of fostering dialogue and change through innovative use of new technologies, the YaLa movement has grown in four years to nearly a million members, making it the broadest and fastest-growing Middle East peace movement today. יאללה -מנהיגים צעירים היא תנועה מקוונת מבוססת פייסבוק אשר מוקדשת להעצמתם/ן של צעירים וצעירות מזרח תיכוניים, כדי שאלו יובילו את הדור שלהם/ן לעתיד טוב יותר. עם כמעט מיליון חברות וחברים מרחבי העולם הערבי, ישראל, אגן הים התיכון והקהילה הבינלאומית הרחבה יותר, יאללה - מנהיגים צעירים היא תנועת השלום המזרח התיכונית הרחבה ביותר כיום, הגדלה בקצב מסחרר. התנועה מתמקדת ביצירת שותפות והדדיות כאמצעים ליצירת שגשוג, בטחון ושלום באיזור, תוך שימוש בעוצמתן של רשתות חברתיות, תקשורת וטכנולוגיה. זוהי תנועה המונהגת בידי צעירים/ות, עבור צעירים/ות.

تعتبر حركة "يلا يا قادة الشباب" -حركة من أجل السلام -الأوسع والاسرع انتشارا اليوم في الشرق الأوسط, وتضم أكثر من 950,000+ عضو من مختلف أنحاء العالم العربي , إسرائيل , دول البحر الأبيض المتوسط والمجتمع الدولي .
تركز الحركة على الحوار والمعاملة بالمثل كوسيلة لتأمين منطقة امنة, منتجة ومسالمة وذلك بالاستفادة من قوة الشبكات الاجتماعية ، وسائل الاعلام والتكنولوجيا.
