ProWoman NYC Program #8, here we come!
Last week, we welcomed Israeli women from across New York to our Program #8 Open House, and the room felt exactly as we hoped it would: open, curious, and full of ambition.
We came together for an honest conversation about building a career in the U.S. and the difference it makes to have the right professional community beside you.
Our guest speaker, Noa Kolp, Executive Director, Innovation Economy and Technology Banking at J.P. Morgan, reminded us that careers are rarely linear. She encouraged us to look at each opportunity on its own terms: what it can teach us, what new skills it can help us build, and where it might lead. A career decision does not have to be forever to be the right next move. Sometimes, it is simply a stepping stone to something bigger.
We also heard from ProWoman NYC alumnae, who shared how the program influenced their professional and personal lives. They spoke about the confidence they gained, the connections they formed, and the community that remained long after the program ended.
This is the heart of ProWoman NYC: bringing Israeli women together to learn from one another, build meaningful professional relationships, and take their next step with greater confidence.
Thank you to Noa, our alumnae, the ProWoman NYC team, and every woman who joined us and brought her questions, experience, and ambition into the room.
Applications for Program #8 remain open through September 17.
