May He be magnified in our midst! 🙌🏼 This is the desire of our hearts, that in all we do, through all that we are, He would receive all the glory!

What we can learn from Adam, is that sin doesn’t only have immediate effects. Sometimes we can blindly accept sin in our lives, because we don’t see immediate effects, neglecting to think of the consequences sin carries in the future. 👏🏼

”Your Word is a lamp for my feet and a light for my path.” – Psalm 119:105

As we celebrate Simchat Torah, and begin a new reading cycle, we’re reminded of the incredible gift God has given us in His word.

The Word of God doesn’t save us – Yeshua does. But His Word guides us, teaches us, exposes what is in our hearts, and light the path we are called to walk.

💡 Don’t throw away the gift God has given you. Take His word to heart. Live it out in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Our KKCJ family wishes you a joyful and blessed Simchat Torah! 📜🍯
“Simchat Torah” means “joy of the Torah” in Hebrew, and on this holiday we celebrate the Lord’s gift of His Word to us, as we also complete the cycle of reading the weekly Torah portions in their fullness around the world, and we begin the annual reading cycle all over again.

God did not have to bless us with His written Word... but He loved us so much that He wanted us to have access to read it for ourselves throughout our generations.

“In the beginning was the Word. The Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. All things were made through Him, and apart from Him nothing was made that has come into being. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overpowered it.” John 1:1-5

“Your word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” Psalm 119:105

It’s not about who gets the credit – it’s about who gets the glory. 🙌🏼

When we stop making it about ourselves and give the glory to God, we become better servants, better teammates and better representatives of His Kingdom.

Drop a “GLORY” in the comments if you agree! 🙌🏼
