Learning discipline and leadership through fitness. Hardship and physical discomfort are challenges to grow from, mental obstacles to overcome.

Our participants excel not because of what Tzevet Mikey does for them, but because of what they do for themselves.

We provide the framework and safe environment to push past limits and maximize potential, but Tzevet Mikey participants bring a drive and passion to be their best selves.

The first step to success in life is to be prepared to fail, and to grow and learn from those failures.

Our Instructors leave every session inspired by the effort and work ethic of our participants.

This is First Sgt. O. a program alumni, Israeli lone soldier, and one of the first warriors to serve in an all womens tank unit.

First Sgt. O. fought tooth and nail to be able to serve at the tip of the spear of Israel's combat units, and paved the way for women across Israel, in Tzevet Mikey, and in Team Of Warriors - צוות לוחמים to serve in the most elite units in the IDF.

O. is now being released, and we are wishing her luck on her continued journey in civilian life!

Last night we had another successful class in our pre army educational seminar. Twice a month Tzevet Mikey participants meet for an educational class on IDF related topics. The goal of the initiative is for Lone Soldiers who did not grow up with an Israeli education, to learn about all the subjects that their future Israeli peers in the IDF already know about. Topics range from: Units of the IDF, Lone Solider Rights, Israeli Military History, Nutrition, IDF Structure, and much much more.
