KOL AMI- Jewish Peoplehood Leadership Academy/קול עמי - מכינה לעמיות יהודית A unique 6 month gap-year program for Jewish peers from around the world.

Kol Ami is a life changing six-month leadership program run by the Jewish Agency for both Israelis and Jews from around the world. We strive to forge a deep, meaningful, and lasting connection amongst the next generation of Jews, who embrace their differences. Our participants come from all different backgrounds including Israelis, tourists, olim, religious, secular, and everything in between. Dur

ing the program, participants learn about each other, while exploring Israel, volunteering, taking a wide variety of classes, living together as a community and for the Israeli's, preparing physically and mentally for entry into the IDF.

קול עמי היא מכינה קדם צבאית למנהיגות ועמיות יהודית שמטרתה לפתח מנהיגות יהודית משותפת לחניכים ישראלים ובני גילם מהתפוצות. בקול עמי מתקיים שיח מעמיק שמאפשר יצירת רשת חברתית השואפת למצוינות ולקיחת אחריות להשפיע על עתיד העם היהודי מתוך הבנה שישראל מהווה חלק מתוך המארג היהודי העולמי.

Kol Ami is not about becoming soldiers — it’s about becoming stronger.
Our physical training is challenging, yes — but it’s also fun, supportive, and deeply rewarding.
It’s about pushing limits together, building confidence, and discovering strength you didn’t know you had.
And sometimes, the results speak for themselves:
Two of our participants were accepted to the elite Israeli Air Force pilot course
Several others are heading into the final exam for Sayeret Matkal next week
But beyond the units and titles, what makes us most proud is the personal growth we see every day — discipline, resilience, teamwork, and belief.
We’re incredibly proud of every participant putting in the work, step by step, stride by stride.
This is what growth looks like. 🇮🇱
