On , the United Nations in Palestine reaffirms its commitment to advancing the rights, protection, and leadership of Palestinian women and girls.

This year, UN Women Palestine, UNFPA in Palestine, and UN Human Rights - Palestine mark IWD under the theme “We Survive, We Lead.”

Across Palestine, women continue to sustain families, lead communities, and respond to crisis despite war, displacement, and economic hardship.

Women are not only surviving — they are leading recovery, resilience, and hope.
