Who is Yossi Nachshon, the founder of the association?
Yossi is a resident Chabad envoy for Hebron and the surrounding areas. He heads the Ramat Mamre Chabad community and manages Chabad activities in Judea, in coordination with Chabad envoys and the armed forces. Like all Chabad envoys, Yossi strives to spread the love of Israel and the love of the Torah. The core of his action, however, is taking care of Israel’s soldiers.
