בתחילת חודש אוקטובר, יצאנו לסיור קהילה בעוטף עזה, רגע לפני שהתבשרנו על חזרתם של החטופים.
עברנו בין הנובה ובארי ופגשנו את אלו שמנסים להקים חיים מחדש בתוך ההריסות והכאב.
יצאנו עם זיכרון שנצרב עמוק ומבט שמופנה קדימה, לעשייה, לשיקום ולימים טובים יותר.
ועדיין מחכים לחזרתם של 8 החטופים החללים שנותרו בעזה 🎗️

What a journey!

For 20 years, ROI Community has been a home for Jewish and Israeli changemakers — a space to explore bold ideas, build deep connections, and lead with purpose.

In recent years, and especially since October 7, ROI has evolved — focusing on the challenges that matter most for Israel and the Jewish people. ROIers have stepped up with courage, creativity, and care, showing what values-driven leadership looks like in real time.

With pride and gratitude for all we’ve built together, we share that ROI Community will conclude on July 1, 2026, following our final ROI Summit.

While this chapter closes, ROI’s spirit — our community’s curiosity, optimism, and commitment to impact — will continue through each of you and the work you lead.

⁨ ⁨ ⁨ לציון שנתיים לאותו יום נורא, בשבעה באוקטובר, יצאנו לסיור קהילה בעוטף עזה - בהובלת חברות וחבריה: אפרת אתון מנכ״לית ״לב פתוח״, עמרי שפרוני ממייסדי ״קומו״, אהד כהן מייסד ומנכ״ל ״עתיד לעוטף״, רס״ן ד״ר יואב הרשקוביץ ומאיה בואנוס במאית, יוצרת ועיתונאית. מהנובה, דרך בארי, ועד המילואימניקים שנקרעים בין המלחמה לבית, והניסיון של תושבי העוטף לשקם את מה שנחרב, מה שיוכל באמת להתחיל רק עם חזרתם של 48 החטופים והחטופה. עיבדנו יחד את מה שראינו ושמענו, ויצאנו עם הזיכרון והמשאלה לימים טובים יותר. אנחנו נכנסים לחג סוכות עם התקווה והציפייה שבסופו נזכה לשובם של כל החטופים והחטופה חזרה בביתם 🙏🏻🎗️⁩⁩⁩

בפעם הראשונה כינסנו את כל היועצים והמומחים המלווים את מוענקי קרן שוסטרמן וקהילת ROI בחדר אחד.
שיתפנו אותם בצרכים המרכזיים של הקהילה ושל המוענקים, לטובת רישות ודיוק ההכשרות והכלים שהמומחים יציעו.
המטרה? לאפשר לכולן.ם להתפתח, לצמוח ולעשות שינוי אמיתי ומציאות טובה יותר בשנה החדשה. 🙏🏻💐⁩

חברי הקהילה שלנו השתתפו בסדנה עם ד״ר חגי אלקיים שלם, חבר קהילת ROI וחוקר דעת קהל, וגילו שזה הרבה יותר מורכב (ומעניין!) מסקרים או כותרות בעיתון.
הם יצאו עם כלים פרקטיים, תובנות חדשות וידע שישמש אותם לאורך הדרך 📝⁩
