סיריל קלצ'בסקי, האידיאליסט

ביום שלאחר הסכם הפסקת האש בין ממשלת ישראל לחמאס, סיריל קלצ'בסקי מודה, כמו ישראלים רבים מכל הקשת הפוליטית, שהוא חש בו זמנית הקלה וסקפטיות לגבי פתרון הבעיה הפלסטינית בכלל ולגבי בעית החמאס בפרט. הוא מציין שאף אחד מהצדדים לא נראה כמנצח בהסכם הזה, שנכפה במידה מסוימת ערב כניסתו של דונלד טראמפ לבית הלבן.
מהנדס זה אינו צבר. הוא נולד וגדל בשמונה השנים הראשונות לחייו בפרובאנס, ארץ ז'ונו, לפני שעבר עם הוריו ואחיו לאזור פריז. כסטודנט צעיר בבית ספר להנדסה באזור נים, הוא ראה בישראל רק יעד סופי, מבלי לדמיין שביום בהיר אחד יגויס מצרפת לצוותי ענקית ההייטק האמריקאית אינטל. ובעיקר, שהוא יהפוך לגמרי לישראלי. ציוני, הוא כבר היה...
לאחר עשרים וארבע שנות עבודה נאמנה באינטל, במתחם הענק של מת"ם בחיפה, הוא מחליט בשנת 2021, בעקבות מגפת הקורונה, לעזוב את עבודתו ולהקים סטארט-אפים טכנולוגיים, ובראשם החברה "מסיעה", שמטרתה לספק פתרון חדשני לנהגי מוניות בישראל, הנמצאים במשבר מתמשך מזה שנים.
חסיד גדול של הסברה, במיוחד ברשתות החברתיות, והוא מאמץ כעיקרון מנחה את המוטו: "לשפר את העולם ולפתור בעיות". זהו מורשת ישירה מעבודתו כמהנדס באינטל, אך לא רק. מצד אביו הוא צאצא של ניצולי השואה, ומצד אמו – של פליטים שעזבו את תוניס בשנת 1957. הוריו עלו לישראל בשנת 2002, בעוד שני אחיו של סיריל נשארו בצרפת.
אב לבת, ילדה פלא צעירה, יוטיוברית מצליחה בעולם הגיימינג ויזמית מאז גיל 18 (התפוח לא נופל רחוק מהעץ), סיריל בנה מחדש את חייו והשתקע באזור ירושלים עם משפחה מורחבת של שישה ילדים! הוא פעיל מאוד בהגנה על מדינת ישראל ברשתות החברתיות ומחזיק ביכולת נדירה: לנהל שיח עם כולם, גם עם האויבים המרים ביותר של ישראל, כולל דיודונה, עמו קיים דיון פתוח של שעה ביוטיוב ב-8 במאי 2024.
עם זאת, הפרויקט המרכזי שמעסיק אותו הוא יוזמה פוליטית חדשה מחוץ למפלגות המסורתיות. היא נקראת "מספיק!Maspik״. מספיק! אינה מפלגה רגילה," הוא מסביר, "זו תנועה ששואפת לאחד את העם בישראל, תוך דחיית האחידות, ודוגלת לריבונות דמוקרטית אמיתית, בניגוד לדמוקרטיה הייצוגית הקלאסית." הוא מוסיף כי מטרת התנועה היא למצוא דרך אמצע או סינתזה בין עמדות שונות, בין היתר באמצעות חוקה – דבר שלא היה קיים בישראל מאז 1948.
לצידו של קלצ'בסקי שישה מייסדים, למעלה מעשרים חברים פעילים ברחבי הארץ, ולמעלה ממאה איש שהתחייבו לחתום על הקמת "מפלגה" – אך ללא הפילוג המפלגתי המסורתי, אם יהיה בכך צורך לקידום הרעיונות. כולם מוכנים להניח את האגו בצד כדי לשפר את הפוליטיקה הישראלית, שלדבריהם "רקובה, מושחתת ואינה מקיימת את הבטחותיה." סיריל מודה כי ה-7 באוקטובר 2023 היווה מכשול מסוים, אך לא עצר את הפרויקט לחלוטין.
"עוד לפני ה-7 באוקטובר, הבנתי שישראל אינה חסינה מאסון. חשבתי שמלחמת אחים עלולה לפרוץ ושזו תהיה סכנה גדולה לקיומה של מדינת ישראל."
הוא מסכם:
"עם מספיק! אני נלחם נגד הפילוג שיוצרים הפוליטיקאים, אשר במסגרת השיטה הנוכחית יש להם אינטרס בו – אם כדי לשלוט טוב יותר, ואם כדי להשיג כוח. אך ישראל אינה מדינה ככל המדינות, ואנו ראויים לטוב יותר. אני אוהב לומר שהאחדות של עם ישראל היא כמו שערותיו של שמשון: אם נשמור עליה, לא יהיה לנו ממה לחשוש לגבי עתיד המדינה הקטנה והגדולה שלנו."

Cyril Kleczewski, the Idealist

The day after the ceasefire agreement between the Israeli government and Hamas, Cyril Kleczewski admits, like many Israelis across the political spectrum, to feeling both relieved and skeptical about the resolution of the Palestinian issue in general and the Hamas one in particular. He observes that no one seems to have won in this agreement, which was somewhat forced on the eve of Donald Trump’s inauguration.
This engineer is not a sabra. He was born and lived the first eight years of his life in Provence, the land of Giono, before moving with his parents and brothers to the Paris region. As a young engineering student in Nîmes, he saw Israel only as a final destination, never imagining that he could be recruited one day, while still in France, by the teams of the American tech giant Intel. Above all, he never imagined he would become so deeply Israeli, down to his very core. Zionist, he already was...
After twenty-four years of dedicated service at Intel, in the vast Matam complex in Haifa, he decided in 2021, following the COVID-19 pandemic, to leave his job and to transition into launching tech startups, primarily one called "MESSIAA" ("transports" in feminine form), which aims to provide an innovative solution for taxi drivers in Israel, who have been struggling for years.
A strong advocate of "hasbara," particularly on social media, he follows a life motto: "Improve the world and solve problems." This principle stems not only from his engineering background at Intel but also from his personal heritage—he is the descendant of Holocaust survivors on his father’s side and refugees who left Tunis in 1957 on his mother’s side. His parents made Aliyah in 2002, while his two brothers still live in France.
A father to a daughter—a young prodigy, an accomplished gaming YouTuber and entrepreneur from a young age (like father, like daughter)—Cyril rebuilt his life and settled near Jerusalem, heading a blended family of six children! Highly active in defending Israel online, he has a rare ability: to engage in discussions with everyone, even the fiercest enemies of Israel, including Dieudonné, with whom he participated in a one-hour live discussion on YouTube on May 8, 2024.
However, what occupies him most is his major political project, which stands outside traditional parties. It is called Maspik!—Hebrew for "Enough!" "Maspik! is not a traditional party," he explains. "It’s a movement whose primary goal is to unite the Israeli people while rejecting uniformity and advocating for true democratic sovereignty, as opposed to classic representative democracy." He emphasizes that the objective is to find a middle ground or synthesis between different viewpoints, including through the adoption of a Constitution—something Israel has never had since 1948.
Cyril Kleczewski is joined by six founding members, over twenty active members across the country, and more than a hundred people who have pledged to support the formation of a "party"—without political division—if necessary to advance their ideas. All are ready to set aside their egos to improve Israeli politics, which they describe as "toxic, corrupt, and failing to fulfill its electoral promises." Cyril acknowledges that October 7, 2023, was a setback, but not a definitive stop to the project.
He concludes:
"Maspik! fights against the division created by politicians, who, within the current system, have a vested interest in maintaining it—either to better govern or to gain power. But Israel is not like other countries, and we deserve better. I like to say that the unity of Am Israel is like Samson’s hair—if we keep it, we have nothing to fear for the future of our small but great nation."

Au lendemain de l’accord de cessez-le-feu entre le gouvernement israélien et le Hamas, Cyril Kleczewski s’avoue, comme beaucoup d’Israéliens de tous bords, à la fois soulagé et sceptique quant à la solution du problème palestinien en général et de celui du Hamas en particulier. Il constate que personne ne semble avoir gagné dans cet accord, quelque peu forcé à la veille de l’investiture de Donald Trump.
Cet ingénieur n’est pas un sabra. Il est né et a vécu les huit premières années de sa vie en Provence, au pays de Giono, avant de déménager avec ses parents et ses frères en région parisienne. Jeune étudiant en école d’ingénieurs dans la région nîmoise, il n’envisage alors Israël que comme un terminus, sans imaginer qu’il puisse être recruté en France, du jour au lendemain, par les équipes du géant américain Intel. Surtout, qu’il puisse devenir à ce point israélien jusqu’au bout des ongles. Sioniste, il l’était déjà…
Après vingt-quatre ans de bons et loyaux services chez Intel, dans les vastes locaux du Matam de Haïfa, il décide en 2021, dans la foulée de la pandémie de Covid-19, de quitter cette situation pour se reconvertir dans le lancement de startups technologiques, dont une principale : « MESSIAA » (« transporte » au féminin) qui doit lancer prochainement une solution dédiée aux chauffeurs de taxi en Israël, en grande difficulté depuis des années.
Adepte de la « hasbara » à haute dose, notamment sur les réseaux sociaux, il revendique un credo comme fil rouge de sa vie : « améliorer le monde et solutionner les problèmes ». Un héritage direct de son passé d’ingénieur chez Intel mais pas seulement, pour ce descendant de rescapés de la Shoah du côté de son père, et de réfugiés quittant Tunis en 1957 du côté de sa mère. Des parents qui ont, à leur tour, fait leur Alyah en 2002, tandis que les deux frères de Cyril vivent toujours aujourd’hui en France.
Père d’une fille, jeune prodige, youtubeuse vedette dans le domaine du gaming et chef d’entreprise dès sa majorité (les chiens ne font pas des chats), Cyril a refait sa vie et s’est installé dans les environs de Jérusalem à la tête d’une famille recomposée de six enfants ! Très actif dans la défense de l’État d’Israël sur les réseaux sociaux, il dispose d’une faculté assez rare : être capable, sans mettre son drapeau ni ses convictions dans la poche, de parler avec tout le monde, dont les plus féroces et odieux ennemis de l’État hébreu, Dieudonné en tête, avec qui il a même participé, le 8 mai 2024, à une discussion d’une heure en direct sur YouTube.
Cependant, ce qui l’occupe le plus, c’est son grand projet politique qui se situe en dehors des partis traditionnels. Il a pour nom Maspik! comme ça suffit! en hébreu. « Maspik! n’est pas un parti traditionnel, explique-t-il, c’est un mouvement dont le but essentiel est d’encourager la population israélienne à s’unir, tout en refusant l’uniformité, et qui prône une véritable souveraineté démocratique, inverse de celle que propose la démocratie représentative classique. » Il précise que son objectif est de rechercher la voix du milieu ou de la synthèse entre les différents points de vue. Elle passe aussi par l’adoption d’une Constitution, ce qui n’a jamais existé depuis 1948.
Cyril Kleczewski est accompagné par six membres fondateurs, plus d’une vingtaine de membres actifs partout dans le pays et plus d’une centaine de personnes qui se sont engagées à signer pour la constitution d’un « parti », la division en moins, si cela s’avérait nécessaire pour faire passer leurs idées. Tous se disent prêts à mettre leur ego de côté afin d’améliorer la politique israélienne, qu’ils qualifient de « malsaine, corrompue et qui ne tient pas ses promesses électorales ». Pour Cyril, le constat peut être jugé amer, mais il le trouve réaliste. Il admet que le 7 octobre 2023 a constitué en quelque sorte un frein, mais pas un arrêt définitif du projet.
« Avant le 7 octobre, j’avais anticipé qu’Israël n’était pas à l’abri d’une catastrophe. Je pensais qu’une guerre civile pouvait advenir et qu’elle serait funeste pour la survie de l’État d’Israël. »
Il conclut :
« Avec Maspik! je me bats contre la division engendrée par les hommes politiques classiques qui, dans l’état du système, ont intérêt à cette division, soit pour mieux régner, soit pour conquérir le pouvoir. Mais Israël n’est pas un pays comme les autres et nous méritons mieux. J’aime dire que l’unité du Am Israël est comme la chevelure de Samson : si nous la conservons, nous n’avons rien à craindre pour le futur de notre petit et grand État. »
