הייתם שכבה מובילה, שבה כל אחד הוביל בתחומו ויחד הפכתם לחלק בלתי נפרד מהמהות של סיקמור! 💚
אלו היו שלוש שנים גדושות בחוויות, עשייה,פעילויות קהילתיות מרגשות, רובוטים, אליפויות, תארים והישגים בארץ ובחו”ל. 🏆
תודה לכל אחד ואחת מכם על המסלול שלכם, אתם מקור להערצה ובטוחים שנגלה עליכם עוד המון בהמשך! ✨

This is the end of a chapter - our beloved 12th-grade class is wrapping up a three-year journey in the team. 🥹
You were a leading class, where everyone led in their own domain, and together you became an integral part of Sycamore’s essence! 💚
These were three years packed with experiences, action, moving community activities, robots, championships, titles, and achievements both in Israel and abroad. 🏆
Thank you to each and every one of you for your path, you are a source of admiration and we are certain we’ll discover so much more about you in the future! ✨

סיכום עונת Rebuilt של Team Sycamore ! 🥳

שבוע שעבר נפגשנו לסכם את העונה הארוכה והמורכבת שעברנו אך יחד עם זאת העמוסה בעשייה , עבודה מאומצת והרבה חוויות 🏆.

באירוע ניתנה לנו ההזדמנות להודות מכל הלב לכל מי שהיה חלק, תמך ואיפשר את הצלחתנו העונה.

תודה מיוחדת לגברת גילה קוסן, מנכ”לית FIRST Israel , שמכבדת אותנו בנוכחותה שנה אחר שנה. 🙏

למר שמעון חפץ מעמותת ידידי חולון על התמיכה רבת השנים.
למכון הטכנולוגי HIT על השיתוף פעולה המוצלח ולעיריית חולון על התמיכה המתמשכת.

הערב הזה היה גם הזדמנות להוקיר תודה למנהל החטיבה, אלי קופל, ולסגנית מנהל הגימנסיה רונית וילוז’ני על הליווי והתמיכה לאורך השנים לרגל פרישתם לפנסיה.

Team Sycamore’s Rebuilt Season Recap! 🥳
Last week we wrapped up a long and crazy season - full of hard work, continuous effort, and so many amazing memories 🏆.
It was the perfect chance to say a huge thank you to everyone who supported us and helped make this season happen.
A special thanks to Gila Kossen, CEO of FIRST Israel , for joining us year after year. 🙏
To Shimon Hefetz and the Friends of Holon Association for years of support.
To HIT - Holon Institute of Technology for the great collaboration, and to the Holon Municipality for always having our back.
Huge thanks to our principal Eyal Lelouch, the administration team, and our teachers.
To our team manager Doron Naftali, community lead Yamit Bakaba, technical director Amir Griani, our mentors, students, and awesome families! 💚
We also used the opportunity to wish a happy retirement to Junior High Principal Eli Koppel and Deputy Principal Ronit Vilozny - thank you for years of guidance and support.

Two days of the DCMP have come to an end, what an experience! 🤩
After intense and challenging games, we finished the qualification matches in 6th place! 🦾
We were happy to be the Captain of Alliance 4 together with the amazing teams Steampunk 1577 Vulcan #3835 🧡💙

We were honored to win the Judges Award, which is given to a team whose unique efforts, performances or dynamics merit recognition. ⭐

Congratulations to FRC team Orbit 1690💙🤖 OnyxTronix #2231 🐧 The Spikes #2212 for winning the DCMP and congratulations to GreenBlitz #4590 💚⚡ for winning the Engineering Inspiration Award. 🥳

יומיים של תחרות ISR District #2 הגיעו לסיומם! 🤩
אחרי חודשים של עיכוב וציפייה, השבוע SCYTHER שלנו התחרה סוף סוף על המגרש! 🦾
את מקצי הדירוג סיימנו במקום ה-7 ושמחנו להיות ראש ברית 4 ולהתחרות יחד עם הקבוצות המדהימות General Angels 2230 Sunrise עד לחצי הגמר. 💙🤍

בנוסף, התרגשנו לזכות בפרס ה-Team Sustainability Award המוענק לקבוצה אשר שואפת להגיע רחוק, ומצליחה להפוך חזון מתמשך לתכנון, ניהול והשגת יעדים לאורך זמן.

Two days of District #2 competition have come to an end! 🤩
After months of delay and anticipation, this week our SCYTHER finally competed on the field! 🦾
We finished the ranking in 7th place and were happy to be the captain of Alliance 4 and compete together with the amazing teams General Angels 2230 Sunrise until the semi-finals. 💙🤍

In addition, we were excited to win the Team Sustainability Award, which is given to a team that strives to go far, and manages to turn a continuous vision into planning, management and achieving goals over time.

Congratulations to Ha-Dream Team #3075 Ninjas 4744 for winning the competition and congratulations to General Angels 2230 and The Spikes #2212 for winning the Engineering Inspiration Award. 🥳
A big thank you to FIRST and the volunteers who made the competition possible!

השבוע התקיים בחולון ערב הוקרה לנערות מעוררות השראה - צעירות הפועלות במגוון תחומי עשייה ומשפיעות על סביבתן! 🌟

מבין הנבחרות בלטו במיוחד שתי הקפטניות של הקבוצה שלנו, דניאל סריון ושקד ג’רבי, שנבחרו בקטגוריית STEM מתוך מועמדות רבות ומרשימות. 🤩

שקד ודניאל, יחד ולחוד, מביאות עמן ערכים, מנהיגות ויכולת אמיתית להשפיע ולחולל שינוי. הן מובילות, סוחפות אחריהן תלמידים ומבוגרים כאחד לעשייה ולמעורבות, וכל זאת מתוך רצון כן ליצור מציאות טובה יותר. 💫

הטקס התקיים בנוכחות בכירות ובכירים מעולם החינוך, לצד משפחות נרגשות ונציגות מרשימה של צוות בית הספר.

This week, an evening of recognition for inspiring girls was held in Holon - young women who work in a variety of fields and influence their environment! 🌟

Among the selected teens, our two team captains, Daniel Siryon and Shaked Jerbi, stood out in particular, who were selected in the STEM category from many impressive nominations. 🤩

Shaked and Daniel, together and separately, bring with them values, leadership, and a real ability to influence and create change. They lead, sweeping students and adults alike into action and involvement, and all out of a sincere desire to create a better reality. 💫

The ceremony was held in the presence of senior figures from the world of education, alongside excited families and an impressive representation of the school staff.

Warm congratulations to Shaked and Daniel - we are very proud of you! 💚
