As part of the ongoing activity of IATI’s HR Global Companies Workgroup, we held our quarterly meeting today at Check Point Software.

The meeting opened with welcome remarks by the Workgroup leaders, followed by Sigal Gill More, Chief Human Resources Officer at Check Point, who shared insights from stepping into a new leadership role and reflections on the company’s people strategy in a rapidly evolving environment.

We then heard a keynote lecture from Sarah Sherertz Vogt, VP HR at Microsoft Europe, Middle East and Africa, who presented a forward-looking perspective on The Future World of Work and the key trends shaping global organizations today.

In addition, a panel and open discussion with members of the IATI Labor Law Workgroup addressed current regulatory and employment-related challenges, followed by an open forum that enabled an honest and practical exchange among senior HR leaders.

Thank you to all participants for the meaningful discussion, active engagement, and continued commitment to strengthening human capital and business continuity across Israel’s advanced industries.

That’s a wrap! The second IATI Mini MIXiii Miami 2026 marks an outstanding milestone for the Israeli health-tech ecosystem.

We had the privilege of convening the IATI Mini MIXiii Miami Symposium, bringing together senior leaders from healthcare, life sciences, investment, and policy for a focused, high-level exchange.

The symposium showcased 14 outstanding Israeli Life Sciences and Health-Tech companies, carefully selected from over 200 candidates, spanning early-stage ventures through pre-IPO and publicly traded leaders. Each company was presented on stage by its CEO, offering the Miami ecosystem a firsthand look at the full spectrum of Israel’s health-tech innovation. These companies served as true ambassadors of Israel’s health and life sciences leadership, presenting some of the nation’s most advanced breakthroughs.

We were honored to host Shevaun H., Secretary of Agency for Health Care Administration and Robert Harvey, President & Executive Director of the Florida Opportunity Fund, for opening remarks.

We also held a professional panel, Building for Scale: Insights from Global Experts, featuring Michael B. Greenwald, Amir Mamo, Oded Har-Even, Mark Goldwasser, Karin Mor and Yaron Shilat,

Following the panel, our outstanding CEOs took the stage for engaging pitch sessions, moderated by Yael Baratz.
