جمعية الكشافة الفلسطينية تواصل تنفيذ جلسات الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي في المحافظة الوسطى

واصلت جمعية الكشافة الفلسطينية، من خلال مشروع «معًا ننهض لتعافي وتمكين الحركة الكشفية الفلسطينية في قطاع غزة»، تنفيذ جلسات الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي، حيث عُقدت الجلسة الثانية في المحافظة الوسطى، والرابعة على مستوى برنامج الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي، وذلك في مقر اللجنة الشعبية للاجئين بمخيم البريج، بمشاركة 9 من القادة والقائدات الكشفيين.
وتناولت الجلسة مجموعة من المحاور التدريبية الهادفة إلى تعزيز مهارات الاستماع الجيد، والتواصل الداعم، والإسعاف النفسي الأولي، مع التركيز على خطوات «انظر – استمع – اربط»، بوصفها إطارًا عمليًا للتعامل مع الأشخاص الذين يحتاجون إلى الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي.
واعتمدت الجلسة على الدمج بين التدريب النظري والتطبيق العملي، من خلال توضيح الفرق بين السماع والاستماع، وتنفيذ نشاط «ارسم يومًا لا يُنسى»، إلى جانب تمارين تنشيط الانتباه، وسرعة الاستجابة، وكسر الجمود، بما يعزز التفاعل بين المشاركين ويسهم في تطوير مهارات التواصل لديهم.
كما تخلل التدريب تقديم أمثلة تطبيقية من البيئة الكشفية لتوضيح خطوات «انظر – استمع – اربط»، وتنفيذ تمارين التنفس والاسترخاء، بما يعزز قدرة القادة والقائدات على توظيف هذه المهارات في المواقف الكشفية والمجتمعية.
واختُتمت الجلسة بالتقييم والتغذية الراجعة، حيث أتيحت للمشاركين فرصة استعراض أبرز المهارات والمعارف التي اكتسبوها، وتبادل الملاحظات، واستخلاص الدروس المستفادة من الأنشطة والتطبيقات العملية.
وتأتي هذه الجلسات في إطار جهود جمعية الكشافة الفلسطينية لتعزيز قدرات القادة والقائدات وتطوير مهاراتهم في مجال الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي، بما يعزز دور الحركة الكشفية في مساندة المجتمع الفلسطيني والإسهام في جهود التعافي، في ظل الظروف الإنسانية الصعبة التي يمر بها قطاع غزة.
يُنفَّذ المشروع من قبل جمعية الكشافة الفلسطينية، بالشراكة مع المنظمة العالمية للحركة الكشفية (WOSM)، وبدعم سخي من المملكة العربية السعودية من خلال صندوق رسل السلام.
Palestinian Scout Association Continues Psychosocial Support Sessions in the Central Governorate

The Palestinian Scout Association (PSA), through the Together We Rise: Recovery and Empowerment of the Palestinian Scout Movement in the Gaza Strip project, continued implementing psychosocial support sessions. The second session in the Central Governorate, and the fourth under the psychosocial support programme overall, was held at the Popular Committee for Refugees in Al-Bureij Refugee Camp, with the participation of nine scout leaders, both male and female.
The session covered a range of training topics aimed at strengthening active listening, supportive communication, and Psychological First Aid (PFA) skills, with a particular focus on the “Look – Listen – Link” approach as a practical framework for supporting people in need of psychosocial assistance.
The session combined theoretical learning with practical activities, including an explanation of the difference between hearing and listening, the activity “Draw an Unforgettable Day,” and a series of exercises designed to improve attention, response speed, and group interaction. These activities aimed to enhance participants’ engagement and develop their communication skills.
The training also included practical examples drawn from the scouting environment to illustrate the “Look – Listen – Link” approach, alongside breathing and relaxation exercises. These activities aimed to strengthen scout leaders’ ability to apply the acquired skills in scouting and community settings.
The session concluded with an evaluation and feedback process, providing participants with an opportunity to reflect on the key skills and knowledge they had gained, exchange observations, and identify lessons learned from the activities and practical exercises.
These sessions are part of the Palestinian Scout Association’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the capacities of scout leaders and develop their skills in psychosocial support. This contributes to enhancing the Scout Movement’s role in supporting Palestinian communities and contributing to recovery efforts amid the challenging humanitarian conditions facing the Gaza Strip.
The project is implemented by the Palestinian Scout Association, in partnership with the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM), with generous support from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the Messengers of Peace Fund.
