The course focuses on developing participants’ English language proficiency focusing on 21st-century, communication, presentation, and business correspondence skills needed to advance in the workplace. Session topics focus on developing the participants' general English language, targeting the four language skills: speaking, writing, listening, and reading. All sessions will include hands-on activities in which participants develop teamwork capabilities and apply what they learn in simulated work environments.
This 120-hour face-to-face training program consists of 70 hours of General English language, 20 hours of Conversational English, and 30 hours of Business English and Communication Skills.

Training start date: Sunday, January 11, 2026
Training schedule: Sundays and Tuesdays from 3:00pm to 5:30pm
Training venue: America House Ramallah
Training Details: Jericho Group:
Training start date: Tuesday, January 20, 2026
Training schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 4:30pm to 6:30pm
Training venue: Englictual Centre, Jericho
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must be new graduates or mid-level professionals (22-32 years old).
Open to individuals from Ramallah and Jericho.
Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to academic development.
Ability to commit to the 120-hour in-person training program, running from January 2026 to May 2026.
Ability to commit to two in-person afternoon sessions as outlined above.
U.S. citizens or green card holders ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.
