تمكين وتطوير المجتمع العربي في النقب بجميع مركباته، خاصة التنظيمات النسائية من أجل ازالة العقبات الاجتماعية والمؤسساتية التي تحول دون تمكين النساء العربيات في الجنوب.
מען הוא ארגון נשים בדואי פמיניסטי, שהוקם על ידי קבוצת נשים בדואיות וערביות, לקידום זכויות נשים בחברה הבדואית בנגב. הארגון פועל להעלאת מודעות לזכיותיהן של הנשים, סיוע במיצוי זכויות ועזרה בהתמודדות עם האלימות המופעלות כלפיהן.
