Founded by Bedouin women with the goal of empowering Bedouin women and children; Programs include a traveling book library, empowerment theatre for teen girls, occupational workshops for women, and running a Bedouin embroidery shop and hospitality tours. העמותה היתה ארגון הנשים הראשון אשר הוקם בנגב, והיא מנוהלת ומופעלת על ידי הנשים הבדואיות המקומיות, שהן בעלות רגישות לצרכיה ולבעיותיה של קהילתן, לנ

ההישגים העיקריים שלנו הינם פיתוח תעשיית רקמה ביתית משגשגת, המסנגרת על קהילתנו תוך פיתוח מרכזי תיירות תרבותי, כמו גם פרוייקטים העוסקים במנהיגות צעירה ובחינוך. העמותה הגבירה את מודעות הקהילה בסוגיות מהותיות רבות, לרבות מחלות גנטיות הנגרמות כתוצאה מנישואי קרובים, חשיבות החינוך למבוגרים ולילדים, טיפול טרום לידתי, כלכלת בית ועוד. סייענו לנשים צעירות לשוב ללימודים על מנת להשלים את השכלתן, וקיימנו שיעורי אוריינות לנשים מבוגרות, כמו גם סדנאות בנושא סרטן השד ומודעות לחשיבות הגילוי המוקדם.
