I know, I know, I'm terrible at posting. But let me show you why; I harvested lettuce (3 different kinds) kale, spinach, and peas. I expect to harvest that amount every few days.
That's actually what's neat- I can harvest this much every two days if I wanted. Probably even more, but I believe that would harm the plants growth.
That's one of the focuses of this botanical garden- outside of pursuing water reclamation, apart from hosting varieties of plants and testing them in a desert environment, we utilize a method of harvesting that leaves the plants alive and healthier afterwards.
There is a lot of value to be had, and right now the garden is churning out seeds. I expect to have around 5,000 pea seeds (green arrow) by the end of the season.
Hope Israel likes peas.
