Shoutout to the courageous small business owners in the Galilee!
Huge thanks to everyone who joined us at the LauderEmployment Center for our "First Aid for Small Businesses" workshops! It's all about supporting each other during tough times, thinking out of the box and resilience.
The photo is from one of the meetings in which we focused on marketing strategies to thrive in challenging situations.
A special thanks to Hagit Evron and Dafna Lutsky for leading the way and keeping us motivated! Seeing everyone take that first step in marketing was truly inspiring. Remember, together we're unstoppable! Together We Will Win! ביחד ננצח 💪

Yesterday, the Lauder Employment Center Galilee hosted the second out of three sessions of SOS - first aid for small Businesses.
During these difficult times, many of the businesses owners are facing many challanges. We, at the Lauder Employment Center Galilee, hosted members of זמן גליל מערבי עמותת תיירות Western Galilee Now Small Business Consortium to get some tools to help them improve their business and as Cherchil said "Never let a good crisis go to waste".

The Lauder Employment Center team is grateful for the opportunity to take part in the JNF USA Global Conference.
We were privileged to meet with our supporters, present our emergency programs in these difficult times and once again, understand how important the hug we receive from the JNF USA family over seas.
We look forward to see everyone we met in Israel!

Last week, Jewish National Fund - USA team in Israel embarked on an exciting journey up north to the enchanting Upper East Galilee, delving into the organization's remarkable projects in the region.
The first stop was the vibrant Kibbutz Gonen, where we had the privilege to explore the future Galilee Culinary Institute the Galilee Culinary School. Set to open its doors in May 2024, this culinary haven promises to be a hub of culinary excellence.
As we continued our journey, we passed by the budding medical center, another vital project by Jewish National Fund-USA. This center is poised to make a significant impact on healthcare in the region.
The next destination was the dynamic Margalit StartupCity Galil where we were captivated by the inspiring Or Nadav, sharing insights into their impressive work in this innovation space.
Following Or Nadav, we were privileged to learn from Shira Prigat Weiss, the director of the Lauder Employment Center in the Galilee, who unveiled the center's visionary plans.
To wrap up our day on a sweet note, we convened at the Lauder Employment Center new office in the heart of Kiryat Shmona for a delightful meeting and workshop with Shlomit Zamir from the Odette- Hand Made Chocolate Boutique. Shlomit is also a member of זמן גליל מערבי עמותת תיירות Western Galilee Now Small Business Consortium, a small business consortium dedicated to promoting economy and employment through tourism.
It's truly heartwarming when dedicated teams, tirelessly working towards the development of our country, in this case, the Galilee, come together to share experiences, discuss future plans, and build connections that will help our shared mission thrive.
