Would you like to find out more information about the new childminding regulations?

Join us for our free Pre-registration Training in November.

This training will be delivered by Rachel our Childminding Development Officer and it will take approximately 6-7 hours.

This training will provide all the information you need to understand what is required under the new regulations and will also explain the registration process.

The National Action Plan for Childminding is conducting a national survey of childminders. The purpose of this survey is to gather data on current childminding practice. This snapshot survey will feed into the development of new childminding regulations in Ireland.

The survey is open for 1 week only from Monday 20th March (8am) to Monday 27th March 2023(6pm).

Storytelling and outdoor play for childminders with Jackie Maguire

Come along to explore the many different ways that we can enhance the outdoor storytelling experience for young children by using Props, Puppets and Passion (ourselves). Additionally, we will consider how we can support children to devise their very own outdoor play inspired stories!

Things to bring: Your children’s favourite story book, leaves and branches and wear comfortable clothes, as we will be working with natural and art materials.
