Relay For Life Wexford Relay is coming back to Wexford in July 2017. Do you want to get involved?

Relay For Life is a 24 hour event that brings the whole community together to Celebrate the lives of cancer survivors, to Remember those whom we have lost and Fight back against this awful disease. Relay for Life is a massive Community event that celebrates cancer survivors, remembers those we've lost to the disease and encourages the community to fight back, while at the same time raising vital funds for the Irish Cancer Society. We are currently looking for teams of up to 10 to 15 people to take part in this 24 hour event. We are also looking for anyone who has ever heard the words 'you've got cancer' to come along and take part as a survivor

We’re delighted to reveal the incredible total raised by Relay For Life Wexford in 2026. What an outstanding community we have here in Wexford! 💫

Behind that number are the teams who fundraised, the volunteers who gave their time, the sponsors and donors who supported us, and the survivors who inspired us every step of the way. To every single person who played a part: THANK YOU!

We came together to celebrate survivors and remember loved ones, and we continue to stand beside everyone affected by cancer. Today, we celebrate what we made possible together. 💜🧡

One last Relay get-together for 2026! 💜🧡

Just a reminder that this Sunday, 27th September, we’ll come together for the final time this year for two very special Relay For Life Wexford moments.

🌳 2pm – Tree Planting Ceremony at Ferrybank
A time to pause, remember and honour those who are always at the heart of Relay.

💜 3pm – Cheque Presentation
Then it’s on to the Bridge Centre, where we’ll celebrate everything our incredible Relay community achieved this year and reveal our final 2026 fundraising total for the Irish Cancer Society🎉

It’s a lovely way to bring another amazing Relay year to a close, and everyone is welcome to join us.

Our amazing Ring Buoys & Girls team have organised a Dawn Walk to raise funds for Relay for Life, and we’d love to see our community come together to support this fantastic cause.

Watch the sunrise, enjoy a peaceful walk along the beach, and help make a difference. Refreshments will be available after sunrise, and all donations will go directly to Relay for Life.
