A secondary school in Wexford has made the decision to curtail classes to first and sixth year students only as a result of strike action.

♦️The Social and Health Education Project (SHEP) will host an online 10 week parent/caregiver support group for those caring/parenting an autistic child, young person or adult.

♦️The group will aim to support your well-being, deepen your understanding of autism and empower you as an advocate.

♦️The group will start on 19th September 2025 and closing date for applications is Friday 30th May.

♦️There is a fee of €50.

Wexford EBSA implementation group are delivering Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA) parents workshop workshops for parents throughout the county this academic year.
The aim of these workshops are to support parents to understand why attendance at school may be difficult and to explore strategies to support their children.

This workshop is for parents of primary school children in the Gorey area and will be facilitated by Amy Goodison Gorey School Completion Programme and Ger O'Connor County Wexford Parent's Hub Barnardos.
