Waterford PPN gives citizens a greater say in local government decisions which affect their own communities. Our democracy is made stronger, by allowing diverse views and interests to be considered as part of the decision making process of local government. Membership also gives groups access to a range of other benefits including bespoke training programmes, information on funding and grants, and

on proposals or decisions being made in their county, as well as networking and learning opportunities with other local organisations. Membership of Waterford PPN is open to any community and voluntary groups/clubs/organisations, environmental group and any organisation addressing issues of social exclusion, working on a voluntary, co-operative or not-for- profit basis for the benefit of the community within Waterford City & County.
