Ardkeen Village Residents Association Subscriptions are due annually and are currently set at €40 for 2017. This is only a suggested list.

Ardkeen Village Residents' Association is a voluntary body established to maintain, protect & enhance the amenities of Ardkeen Village for the benefit of its subscribers. The Ardkeen Village Residents' Association has no official or non-official affiliation with any political parties, instead its sole aim is to represent the interests of all subscribed members in the estate. It was agreed that the

Association’s activities would initially cover the following areas:

■Maintenance/enhancement of the general environment.
■Information services for residents e.g. page, leaflets etc.
■Lobbying of Waterford City Council regarding relevant local issues.
■Development of amenities.
■Monitoring of planning activities.
■Social events. We’re open to addressing any issues that are of
