We’re absolutely delighted to share that together we raised over €3,000 for the Irish Cancer Society 🌼

What an incredible weekend it was — sunshine, smiles, community spirit, and hundreds of people wandering the field with armfuls of daffodils. It truly felt like everything came together to create something really special.

From the families who came along, to the volunteers who gave their time, to the generous donations — thank you. Every single euro will make a difference.
We’re so proud of what our community achieved together.

Over €3,000 raised — and every cent going to the Irish Cancer Society.

Well… that’s a wrap on our Daffodil Weekend here in Portlaw. 🌼

What an absolutely incredible two days it’s been — the weather was amazing, and everything just came together to create the most wonderful memories for all of us in Waterford Rotary Club, and for the hundreds of people who turned out to support us.
We’ve had families, friends and children strolling and running through the rows, picking armfuls of daffodils — all in aid of the Irish Cancer Society.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came along, to Killowen Orchard for so generously providing this beautiful field, and to the fantastic volunteers from Waterford Rotary Club who made it all happen.
We’re tired… but very, very grateful.

🌼 Day 2 is in full swing — and there’s still plenty of time to join us! ☀️

It’s 2:15pm here in the field, and what another beautiful day it has been. Yesterday was incredibly special — together we raised €1,680 for the Irish Cancer Society, and today the community spirit continues. 💛

If you haven’t made it yet, there’s still lots of time this afternoon to call in and pick your own bunch of daffodils.

📍 Daffodil Field, Portlaw (beside Mount Bolton Stables)

🕔 Open until 5pm today

Bring the kids, bring friends, enjoy a wander through the field, and take home a beautiful bunch of daffodils while supporting a cause close to so many hearts. 🌼

🌼 Life doesn’t often give us second chances… but today just might be one. ☀️

Yesterday was something truly special. We welcomed so many families and friends to the field, shared laughter, fresh air, and community spirit — and together raised €1,680 for the Irish Cancer Society. 💛
If you meant to come yesterday but didn’t quite make it — here’s your second chance.

We’ll be open to the public in just 30 minutes, and the field is still full of beautiful daffodils waiting to be picked.

📍 Daffodil Field, Portlaw (beside Mount Bolton Stables)

🕙 10am–5pm today

Bring the kids, bring a friend, take a stroll through the field, and pick a bunch of daffodils in exchange for a donation to a cause that means so much to so many.
