Traditional Crafts Waterford Traditional Craft - is based on traditional skills development for the benefit of the craft worker and the local tourist industry Year of commencement: 2014

Traditional Craft Studio provides an environment in which participants combine their skills and knowledge, in a collaborative manner, to develop hand turned wooden pieces, jewellery, ceramics and traditional skills demonstration sites. Skills are being developed through the construction of reproduction pieces and the creation of new pieces using traditional equipment and tools wherever possible. Woodturning, boat building, ceramics and jewellery making are the primary crafts of focus this year.
