After seven long days in hospital, brave little James is finally on his way home!

He has been incredibly brave throughout his stay, and we couldn’t be prouder of him.

And of course, Junior was there for a very special goodbye hug & to present James with his bravery certificate.

We’re so proud to reveal two newly transformed rooms in the Peads Ward at University Hospital Waterford.

Wrapped in bright, colourful designs, these spaces have been created to bring smiles, spark imagination, and help make a hospital stay feel a little less daunting for children and their families. From the moment they walk through the door, we hope these vibrant surroundings provide comfort, distraction, and a sense of joy.

A huge thank you to everyone, especially all the children who helped make this transformation possible. Together, we’re creating spaces where children can simply be children.

A huge well done to Sophie, who earned her Bravery Certificate after getting her bloods done.
Hospital visits and blood tests can be scary, but Sophie showed incredible courage every step of the way. As a special reward, she also got to meet Junior, who was delighted to celebrate this special moment with her.
We are so proud of you, Sophie. Keep smiling and shining. You are an absolute superstar.

A little bit of bravery goes a long way.
Today, Robyn proudly received her Bravery Certificate after getting her bloods done. She faced it with incredible courage and showed us what being brave really means.
A huge thank you to her wonderful mammy and to our amazing nurses, Angela and Kate, for their kindness, care and support. Moments like these remind us that a comforting smile and a few encouraging words can make all the difference.
Well done, Robyn. We are all so proud of you.

From boring walls, to bright, colourful, and child-friendly.
This change in a room can make a huge difference for a child spending time in hospital. Creating a space that feels warm, welcoming, and comforting helps bring a little bit of joy during difficult days.
Seeing this transformation come to life reminds us how important environment is, especially for children. More colour, more smiles, and a space that feels made just for them.
